Malaysia Zoo is a zoo located in the state of Selangor, about 13 km from downtown Kuala Lumpur. The zoo area of 110 acres and in the open since 1963, this store about 5137 animals of 449 species, including mammals, fish, reptiles, birds and amphibians. The question is interesting enough or worth it if going there? My answer is brief, no.
In my opinion Ragunan zoo in Jakarta is much better and bigger compared to the State Zoo in Kuala Lumpur, especially when compared to the Singapore Zoo, baseball is nothing deh. The place is in my opinion is less well maintained and animals look somewhat less happy and listless, lethargic. I hope the government here soon upgrade this State Zoo, the garden was ashamed of the star who brought the name of the country of Malaysia only look like this.
If you insist on going here as well, State Zoo is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm today. The cost of entry for adults is RM 15, children (3 to 12 yrs), RM 6, and for people aged 60 yrs more RM 6. To go to the State Zoo you can use the Putra LRT train and stop at Wangsa Maju Station, from the station you can take a taxi or bus
