NEW YORK - Straight off the cusp of her royal wedding endeavor, Alexander McQueen's head designer Sarah Burton has her next bout of celebrity as she helps to celebrate the life of the late Alexander McQueen at Alexander McQueen's Savage Beauty Gala in the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute. Alexander McQueen, himself, prior to his untimely passing, had many friends in the fashion show, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Janet Jackson, and Kate Moss, and many were on hand to celebrate his talent at the night's gala to open the exhibition.
